Please note delivery time frames begin from the time the parcel is collected by the courier. These estimates are provided by AusPost and DHL Express. Areas outside the metro regions may need to allow longer delivery windows.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed via Express and Standard shipping will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 11am AEST or the next business day if placed after 11am AEST.
During high volume periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday by AusPost or DHL. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.
POTENTIAL DELAYS
We endeavour to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at hello@oneofothers.com.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team immediately at hello@oneofothers.com.
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
PRE ORDER SHIPPING
Pre order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in stock item/s with no delay. No additional postage charges will be incurred in these circumstances.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
We ship orders to New Zealand using Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship all international orders (excluding New Zealand) using DHL Express.
DUTIES & TAXES
When orders shipped internationally (including New Zealand) reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures.
