RETURNS

If your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns in accordance with our Return Policy as outlined below.

Please contact hello@oneofothers.com to request a return and our team will provide you with an RA number and return shipping details.

Return Policy: 

• Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags attached in original packaging attached. 
• Australian returns are accepted within 14 days from the date received. Items received by our head office outside this date will not be accepted.
• International returns are accepted within 20 days from the date received. Items received by our head office outside this date will not be accepted.
• Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only. This includes items purchased with a welcome code.
• Full price items can be returned for a full refund or credit note or size exchange.
• Sale items - all discounted styles marked as "sale" or discounted during a flash/promotional events using a code or automatic discount can be returned for store credit only. To arrange an exchange, please contact hello@oneofothers.com so our team can assist you pending stock availability. 
• Return postage is to be covered by the customer. We recommend using a reputable, trackable courier. 

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. 

We reserve the right to not decline returns which do not meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. This policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law.
